Scope decision
Our target is an initial response within two business days of verified payment and usable request details. We review whether the requested work fits the limited check.
Written agreement
Before work starts, agree the exact check areas, exclusions, access, delivery date, emergency contact, report format and any finding-fee rules. No automatic extra finding fee is approved by checkout.
Progress & urgent findings
Use your private project conversation for questions. Agree update milestones with your scope. We aim to raise a validated urgent finding privately as soon as practical and flag delivery delays with a revised plan.
Report & next steps
Receive the agreed summary or report with evidence, impact, remediation and coverage limits. A fix-verification retest needs an agreed scope and price; it is not automatically included.
A date you can actually rely on.
There is no universal 24-hour promise for every website. Your delivery date is confirmed for your project before testing, based on the agreed scope and required access. The $10 initial check is a focused first look, not a full application audit.
If we cannot accept the scope or agree a suitable schedule, the initial service fee can be returned under the cancellation policy. Refunds are manual; blockchain network fees already spent cannot be reversed. Read the current service and refund terms.
One private place for the work.
Your account holds payment receipts, requests, delivered reports and project conversations. Messages are private to your account and VEYRSEC. Use the established project channel for routine questions and agree an urgent contact before testing. Email and push alerts are not currently provided.
